Marthache-Monvoeux MOUTSOUKA
In 2017, the government of Congo-Brazzaville honored me on television for my academic contributions. This recognition reinforced my sense of mission, especially after meeting a 15-year-old girl in my village, Mokina, who saw me as a role model. In 2023, I embarked on a journey of personal development, exploring coaching and psychology/neuroscience to empower women. As the founder of The Bosslady Universe, I now support women in their twenties and thirties in overcoming their doubts, conquering their fears, and boldly embracing their power to create fulfilling lives and careers.
