Annamie Paul, an accomplished lawyer and former leader of the Green Party of Canada, has navigated the Canadian political arena with resilience. She will bring us unique perspectives on leadership, having overcome challenges and shaped the political landscape with integrity and determination.

On the other hand, Jocelyn Bérard, a leadership and talent management expert, embodies passion and expertise, offering practical solutions to individuals and organizations. A former regional president at Optimum Talent/Gallagher, his international career has spanned various sectors, from healthcare and finance to telecommunications and aerospace.

We will delve into the waters of influential leadership by examining how Annamie Paul and Jocelyn Bérard, despite different contexts, have shaped the course of their respective fields.

How did Annamie Paul use her leadership to navigate the complex workings of Canadian politics, demonstrating that integrity and determination are solid pillars of influential leadership?

On the other hand, how did Jocelyn Bérard mobilize his global expertise in various sectors, uniting industries as disparate as health and retail, with one constant: his commitment to leadership development.

By balancing Annamie's political perspective and Jocelyn's global expertise, we will seek to uncover the similarities between political and entrepreneurial leadership, demonstrating that the weight of leadership is not measured by the title, but by the positive impact on society.
