Toronto, February 24, 2023 — At the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Club of Toronto, held in person on February 24, 2023 at the Omni King Edward Hotel, the following individuals were elected or re-elected as members of the Board of Directors for the period from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2025:

The board of directors of the Canadian Club of Toronto consists of 13 members elected for two-year terms, with half of the positions being renewed each year. Accordingly, the board of directors that will be in office from June 1, 2023 , is composed of the following individuals:

The Club's board of directors is completed by Mr. Richard Kempler, Executive Director and ex officio member . It should be noted that he will step down from his position on June 30, 2023, at the end of his five-year term. The recruitment process for a new Executive Director will begin shortly.
